Like most things in life, prevention and early detection can prevent a minor problem from becoming a big problem. We offer comprehensive property inspections designed to identify current or future problems regarding wildlife and pests. We will help to identify chewing, digging, feces, smells, sounds etc. Wildlife may not always be visible all the time, but they do leave evidence we can use to develop our solution. Available as a one time, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual service.
Once we find where or how your nuisance wildlife are entering or exiting, the next step is often preventing that from continuing. Whether a squirrel chewed your siding, or a snake came in through a broken dryer vent; we can fix and seal the area to prevent future entry.
If an animal has entered your home, chances are they have found food, water, or shelter and wont leave on their own. Inside the home we typically set humane cage style live traps in areas that should be inaccessible to domestic pets. Used in conjunction with exclusion, we will make sure whatever animal entered has been removed. Traps are checked daily to prevent unnecessary stress to you or the animal.
Let's face it, a wild animal was in your home. They probably were not house trained and they probably didn't use your restrooms. Chances are they have pulled insulation, chewed on electrical wiring, urinated, and or defecated somewhere. If we cannot personally repair or replace the damage, we will work to recommend someone who can.
Some wildlife species immediately strike fear in some people. We understand that some people are afraid of snakes, birds, fox, and raccoons to name a few. We will do our best to provide accurate information and will never inflate our prices just because it's one of the "scary" species. We often will tell you about some of the benefits that your nuisance species may bring to the environment, although we can agree they probably shouldn't be in your home.
Catch A Critter LLC has worked with multiple wildlife rehabilitators in the state. We will do everything we legally can to release, relocate, or transport to a rehabilitator. Some instances we may not be legally allowed to do so to prevent the spread of disease, parasites, etc.
